Peter Ford said on 3aw that it bombed in the ratings on ch9 (I dunno if he just meant Melbourne), and it looks like it's not on this week.

I saw an ad tonight saying part 2 is on tomorrow night.Of course it bombed,ch9 chucked it in last week as a late replacement plus most normal people knew it wasn't really a Seinfeld reunion as ch9 kept plugging it to be.Yes all 4 appeared together for a brief period, but hardly a reunion.

Larry and Jerry together is just pure comedy gold. Deciding who has to tell the girl to cover her flab, who has to move over at the diner for Richard Lewis. They should get their own TV show. I'd watch it.

True to the way Curb is shot, it really seemed like they were just talking, not acting and having a genuinely good time in the scene.

yeah my fav is them two in any scene together, whenever they did a commentary on seinfeld i was always in stitches at how funny they thought they were, and the fact that they just pissed themselves laughing at their jokes

I've enjoyed this season so far but it's really been strange as far as the story arc goes. Larry doing the Seinfeld Reunion to win back Cheryl was a good idea but then he's gone on to date other women (such as the 'Wendy Wheelchair' etc). I was a bit disappointed that the Blacks didn't get a bit more of a run, the whole Loretta-Larry thing was done within 2 episodes and Leon, who is always hilarious, has only popped up a couple of times since, seemingly still living with Larry. Hopefully the story arc will settle a bit but as individual episodes most have been great. :thumbsu:

Apart from the ending, I thought the episode was not at the standard that I've come to expect from CYE.

This :thumbsu:

Seen 3 episodes of season 7 so far. Episode 1 and the two "Seinfeld Reunion" episodes. IMO only episode 1 is up to the standard of previous seasons.

Having said that, it's still a great show. Better than pretty much anything else out there.

Agreed, the chemistry is just perfect. Focusing on the pointless minutiae the way they mastered in Seinfeld.

Anyone else think that in the history of the show, the only person Larry has ever looked comfortable with has been Jerry? I wonder if it's deliberate, because the conversations he has with Jerry in the show are the least forced or awkward.

jerry is the only one who actually listens to what larry is saying and responds honestly and doesn't need to "win" the conversation, with everyone else its always a conversational battle
