Probably spot on.

After being exposed as a liar and a thief that posted those pics out of nothing more than an immature need for attention, she won't be getting much sympathy from people and will always have to wear that stigma.

How do you know it's 'nothing more than'? She might seriously be in need of psychological help. But by saying it's nothing more than an immature need, you're saying another human is just a prattling baby. Thus it follow from this that:

Easy to say once you've justified to yourself that that she's nothing more than a.....

C'mon. You don't have sympathy for someone who's estranged from her parents, has recently lost a child (or lied about such which is sadder somehow), and is making a mess of her life? I do. It's fun to watch and joke about, but hypocrite that I am, I feel sorry for her, and everybody else involved.

I think it is a case of you being "thick as". He never said that he wasn't posing for the camera, he said he wouldn't pose for the camera with the intention of the photo being kept ;) He was larking around with the intention of it not leaving the room.

you realize though that the core basis of the movie is based on a true story, that mark Zuckerburg is a real person - and it is common knowledge to anyone who wants to know it that he DID make a website called Mish Mash where he hacked photos of girls from university database's and then put them on the website set up in a similar fashion to "hot or not" where he compared one girl against another, and occassionally having a random photo of a farm animal in there for a laugh. This is completely 100 % fact and true to everyone's version of the foundations of facebook.

True the film dramatizes' certain events ( like the book it is based on ) for entertainment value - but this section of the story is true and completely factual

OK, given that fact, how is it not still based in American jurisprudence? Which in the end, pace Free Trade Agreement, is not Australian case law. At least that's how I understand it.
 
This type of rubbish has no negative impact on St Kilda, and if anything, just further galvanizes them into bigger and better next year. Storm in a teacup if there ever was.
 
should see her latest video, she's down at the pool and says "just going for a swim guys, thanks for the phone calls" (she makes sure the camera gets a good view of her ****), this chick is either very very dumb or very very smart, lets face it, she'll walk out of this with plenty!!, hundreds of K at least, not very noble of her but does anyone really remember what the chick chick boom girl looks like?, just saying, think we're all being played here.

Easy to have sympathy for her when it doesn't involve your club. She may have some unfortunate circumstances to deal with but it doesn't excuse her actions of posting those photos.

The players involved have had their reputations damaged and will have to live with the stigma and taunts from opposition players and supporters. As supporters we have to suffer it as well with all the morons on here using it as ammunition against us. All because some immature idiot teenager wanted her 15 minutes of fame.

I agree with you Plugger 100%, but there's something about a crazy teen with no family (at least apparently) and nowhere to turn to for help that makes people wonder why things got to this point. That's why some people feel for her.
