Not only does it put the pass mark for a game as "1 good quarter of footy" but it sets the tone for a lot more mediocrity to come. The next time we have a scoreless quarter or the oppo kicks a bag on us i will be using that direct quote.

Yeah that quote is like that first year player where you see flashes of potential of what will hopefully be more consistent when they’re fully matured. Except the player is now more than fully matured and still only showing flashes of brilliance.

I left the game vs Geelong at 3/4 time as I had some family thing on. People looked at me weird because I was leaving after the greatest qtr of football ever played by the PAFC. I just said, I don't worry about missing anything as I am 100% sure we'll lose this game. A few people around the bay nodded. That's the level of buy-in we have as a club at the moment.
