Let’s be honest I’d rather give the game time to Gags and hope for the best than a guy like Baker/Scott etc. He has had an impressive preseason so it’s probably on merit.

Also on the point that we want the fittest/most ready and in form team, Brambles had probably the most interrupted preseason of anyone bar Baz on the list? but anyway I’m fine with him playing - I do hope he’s sub though.

Considering the potential outs and debutants, I feel like Dale plays but Macrae & JOD don’t.

I love Bevo's IDGAF attitude with debutants.

It'd be easy to bring CD or Macrae in for Gallagher but he's got other plans.

Some Champion data stats suggested we were bottom 4 for moving the ball at speed. Bramble and Gags seem to be addressing that.

And of course or game style pre season seems to be 'one handball less' before we kick it.
