GWS would be willing to offload a top 10 pick, something we can ill afford to do for a 29yr old
Exactly right.
We probably can't match the offer to Griffen and definitely can't match the offer to WB.

DON'T CRUSH MY HOPES!!!!!!!GWS would be willing to offload a top 10 pick, something we can ill afford to do for a 29yr old
I'll give them priddis for 7, Much cheaper. It is, but the Bulldogs would request one of their many key forwards otherwise.
They don't need to be bolstered by more kids.
Griffens 2013 far better than anything Beams has put up. 2014 was injury affected. Still he is older.
If that is true deal then GWS have obvoiosly decided they don't need any more youngsters and you have to overpay to steal a clubs captain and best player who had given no indication of wanting to leave.
Beams 2012 still had Pendles and Swan getting tags infront of him. 2013 Griff was the entire Dogs midfield, was getting double teamed and still crushing fools.Disagree, Beams 2012 was just as good, B &F winner. AA and 3AW player of the year. Griffen ain't getting any better and Beams hasn't hit his peak.
Lol
I'm not sure how good Igloo is though?
It's a great deal for all parties, I hope we at least try to talk to them about it.11 to GWS for coniglio.
4 and 11 for griffen.
GWS are offering something we cannot or at least should not match. He's 29 FFS we can ill afford to give up our first pick for someone who might have 3 years leftWe should be going strong for Griffin, exactly what we need. Big body, all australian midfielder! Apparently just wants to get out of Melbourne, hence choosing GWS. Hopefully we can put a good size offer in, to get a move to Perth on the cards..
11 to GWS for coniglio.
4 and 11 for griffen.
Wow. Another big name seeks to move.
Vozzo put on your hard hat and get the f@ck in there.
With a bit of back channeling players are asking to be traded, contracted or uncontracted.
Either we're
(A) not proposing the right questions to players managers
or
(B) none of the young W.A talent interstate wants to play for us.
Now is that time of year that we can sit back and reflect on the fact our club is not a basket case (See Port Adelaide 2012, Brisbane 2013, Western Bulldogs 2014, Melbourne Forever)
