Austin Wonaeamirri delisted, any love?
Nah, unfortunately since the death of his Dad, his heart hasn't been in the game, and I'd say never will be again.

He wants to stay at home, no one will touch him.

Wona is too homesick to stay at the dees... 0 chance with us, no way in he'll we'd want another small forward anyway, his not even that good and very unfit

Shae trained with the boys today, apparently (even throwing up cause he pushed himself so hard), so unlikely that he's gone. See article here.

Edit: whoops, wrong link - fixed.

Well then I guess we did not get Rid of Him then:confused:

Witts will go straight on Senior List, Mooney to Rookie.

Stubbs, Farmer (Rookie Farmer I reckon), Dick, McCarthy, Davis, Brown will be out only OUTS imo, Macaffer to stay (on the one year deal). No rookie upgrades. Which leaves 2 more spots on our list for 2 from the draft.

Apparently Stubbs was part of the team training today (from the herald sun photos).

Also they showed a picture of Marty Clarke shrugging off another player and the footy is just in the way of the other guys face but to me it looked like McCarthy. Though I dont know what some of our rookies look like, so it could be one of them...

when are we going to announce delistings? wasnt deadline 2pm today

The AFL website just states October 31 as deadline (no mention of time).
Most other AFL deadlines are 2pm, however they normally mention the time, in this case they did not.

Thursday October 13 (2pm) - GWS nomination deadline of uncontracted players.

Monday October 17 (2.10pm) - GWS zone incentive selections.

Monday October 31 - Club list lodgement one.

Friday November 11 (2pm) - Out of contract primary list player draft nomination deadline. New or expired player draft nomination deadline. Nomination of use of compensatory selection at the 2011 NAB AFL Draft by clubs that lose a player to GWS.

Patrick Keane confirms:
Pies. Ins - M Clarke, J Elliott, J Witts, P Yagmoor. Outs - L Brown, L Davis, B Dick, D Farmer, J McCarthy, T Stubbs.

See ya Dicky Boy, JMac, Leroy, Leon, Stubbsy and the Farmer

I thought it looked like Farmer,

The bloke Marty was shrugging off looked more like Mooney.

McCarthy is 100% gone

Those changes are about what most of us expected really.

It's just a question of whether we place any of Stubbs, Dick or Farmer on the rookie list now, although we won't find that out until the rookie draft in December (same day as the PSD I believe).

Stubbs was at today's Pre-Season Training so guess he is trying to get on the Rookie List

It was definitely Farmer in the pick with Marty. I would have thought he is now training with a view to trying to win a spot on the rookie list - an unguaranteed spot that is.

Now that the delistings are in (although still waiting for rookie delistings), anyone not on CFC list will require permission from AFL to train with CFC (from 1st Nov onwards), so maybe CFC have already received ok for certain players?

Anyone have any info on why Farmer was given the flick, or was he just not able to find into a pretty deep squad?

they want to move farmer and stubbs from the senior list to the rookie list, obviously to do that they have to be delisted and picked up again in the rookie draft. Slight risk another club will select them, although other clubs usually let clubs re-rookie guys with late rookie picks
