i think maybe a pvp balance? if it was up to me id ban all supers from the crucible but apparently element based abilties i.e. nades do more damage against flogs in their super so at least theres some resemblance of a counter...

Self res would have been the first thing they would have removed. A lot of the original game's glitches in PvE & PvP were related to the self res perk.

Self res was a crutch anyway for a lot of players (myself included to begin with) so it will lead to the playerbase improving.

i think they did the same thing with ward of dawn. I reckon they spilt the protective shield to the tital pop-up shield and the weapons/blessing to warlocks.
