34 scoring shots to 20. Looks like you were lucky to get within 4 goals Bedford.
Probably right, we gave them a 6 goal start and outscored them after that. Didn't help having our coach in hospital on the day due to a work injury.
I must admit it still good viewing around Como Park on a Saturday.

NOBS v MHSOB by 46 points
Willy v Geelong by 7
Mentone v Ormond by 1
St John v Glen Eira by 13
Whitefriars v Peninsula by 3 (Game of the Round)

We don't seem to have a running tally of tipster's results, so I've taken the liberty of compiling a table. I hope I haven't stepped on anyone's toes by doing so. Usual rules apply - those tipsters who do not submit tips before the start of a round get the lowest score posted.

Sorry to muck everyone around. I didn't think it would be this hard!
Anyway, for what it's worth, there it is.
As for you, Bedford, you just love having a go at someone.
There are others, including yourself, who have an interest in more than one division in the Ammos.
I have no interest in devoting a heap of time to keeping tipster tallies in a heap of divisions. Perhaps you could get off your arse and do something about it.

I will have a crack champ.

Its a slow start for GE 1-2 and the JOCS 0-3 is the jump from d2 to d1 that big that it is taking some time to get used to the standard of play ?

Great question. Always tough to answer with list changes, coaches, development (and attitude) of players etc - but I reckon biggest jump that I experienced in 20 years is between D2 and D1. Not saying there isnt a significant gap between A-B etc, however the polished clubs in D1 when firing would win some games in B (Parkdale last year) whilst the battling lower D2 would seem to be a fair way off that.

Getting a couple of early wins under the belt is critical to promoted teams - and the draw can play its part in that. Wouldn't panic yet if I was GE or JOCS but I'd be wanting to get the monkey of the back pretty soon.

Wise words Derm.

Speaking of GE, that's the location this week for the former OMs skipper (and one time Ugly Dermie punching bag) JC15's 200th game. Massive effort after sustaining a broken neck against Fitzroy Reds in '08. Hopefully milkman and the boys have a win for him on Saturday!

A D1 club would never win a game in B Grade....
