Not sure many rate that old chestnut. All teams have injuries. Your best 22 is the 22 that runs out on the day.

Disagree. No substitute for quality when it comes to September. Flags are rarely won by the team with the least healthy list. You often need a bit of luck from the injury fairy.

I'm not saying teams don't get weakened by injury, just no need to ever throw it up.
It has been mentioned so often here over the years by a few posters.
It serves no purpose to highlight injuries when everyone has em.
No purpose at all.

That made me laugh.
Same here. There is quite a few out including the Captain and both Hine brothers and quite a few more, not long term , a couple to come back from O/S . Most should be right by the finals, but injuries are a part of footy and you have to adapt. Looking forward to the runway this week , as it's a finals preview . GI is allowed his opinion as obviously someone connected with Ormond.

Kristian Height (ex-Hawthorn, Box Hill, Blackburn and Myrtleford) has been formally announced as the replacement for Dean Thorn and our senior coach for 2018. Most likely a playing coach who, being an integral part the school sports/football program, will provide a strong link to the school and hopefully encourage players to graduate to us instead of the senior part of their EFL aligned junior clubs.

May come too late to save relegation, but a positive decision for the future.

A strong link between old boys fc and school/director of footy at school is one of the keys to success. Super important.

Very handy if he pulls the boots on. Mid 30's but 3 league BnFs around Victoria in 7 years in the BFL, GVFL and O&MFL is a bloody top effort.
