Looks like Aquinas further strengthening their squad - played senior footy for Forest Hill this season before transferring across to Aquinas. Quite late in the season, but well done, he'll be a good player no doubt if he was playing at that standard

He’s been a stand out for years in the lower levels of EFL and div 4 Eastern is far superior than ammos div 3.

Yes. It’s really EFL div 4, only been reshuffled this year. EFL div 5 sides would belt the ammos d 6.
Much bigger bodies and physical style. Played in both comps

No worries just a question as never seen the standard of EFL lower divisions
