Now I’ve calmed down a bit after listening to Buckley, the AFL will give us Sanders and pick 11. 2nd rounder and 3rd rounder for players like last year. As much as people think the AFL hate us, they needs us commercially and don’t want us to be so s**t.

Ralph’s article makes sense - the problem is. A lot of those potential culled players haven’t been playing that much these past 12 weeks. So no Turner, Cunnington, Ziebell, Hall etc will go on quite unnoticed. We’re still stuck with the same young guys for the past few months who have been playing shit.

If the answer is ok delist the old guys and get a bunch of top picks - sure. That would be great, but unrealistic.

So we delist all those senior guys and we’re back to where we were after the Petrie, Harvey, Dal Santo, Firrito axing. Where we inevitably copped it.
