Goddard will surely be gone by then?Given the turn of events, my revised choices are:
Dream draft:
Pick #1 Patrick McCartin
Pick #21 Peter Wright
Pick #22 Sam Durdin
Pick #41 Tyler Keitel
Our key positions are set for the next 15 years
Closer to reality draft:
Pick #1 Patrick McCartin
Pick #21 Touk Miller
Pick #22 Hugh Goddard
Pick #41 Tyler Keitel (please)
Proviso: If Weller is still available at Pick #21 / #22 we would of course call his number
This is my second attempt. I have not deleted my first set of picks, nor will I delete this post but this post supercedes my earlier picks - I wonder if I am ever further from the eventual outcome now
Emma Q's Phantom Draft has him dropping to us. Someone will.Goddard will surely be gone by then?

I'm no guru with special powers. I've watched the champs and the highlights and I like what I see with Keitel. He had the talent to be selected in the WA squad as an underage kid before he had a growth spurt. Suddenly he finds himself as a tall after playing all his junior footy at an unremarkable medium height. He's still skinny and awkward and hasn't yet leaned how to play "tall" but he was still WA's best tall. I like his closing speed, I like his marking skills. I see the potential of a taller Max Hudghton in him (only he can kick quite well). Even if I'm wrong and I'm just seeing what I want to see in him I still think there is so much upside to him. I think he is obtainable with our last pick and well worth it.You've been on Keitel from the start Kildonan. Any specific reasons or just thinking he'd be the best tall backup at 41?
Replace Wigg with Webb (even though I do like Wigg) and that's my absolute dream draft. My bet:
1. McCartin (I've buckled)
21. Goddard, though if he's gone, Lamb (yes, I've buckled on Lamb, too)
22. Weller (please, please, please!!!!)
41. Wigg
Rookie
1. Caleb Daniels
2. LeGrice
3. McKernon
4. Schneider
