I think this qualifies as a rumour. According to C4, Richmond are adamant they don’t want to part with picks 6 or 24 in these proposed trades with Port, North, etc.

24 because it’s the first pick of the 2nd round and apparently that holds extra value each year, and clubs will come for it on the night.

I still haven’t wrapped my head around why clubs think that pick is so valuable.
