If one of Stevens or Hednerson are absolutely shit, then he will probably come in if fit
If They both play good, we'll probably take the safe route with Davis and bring him back via the SANFL
if you're contemplating bringing him in - DONT

Contrary to Riggy's advice.. Davis will be back as soon as he's recovered from his injury. The only question is how long that will be. He hasn't been named in the R12 squad and Adelaide have a bye the next week (split round), so I wouldn't be surprised to see him return to the side for the R13 game.
Riggy's got this one right. Jaensch is in the doghouse big time with the coaches and selectors - and his form at Sturt isn't that great either. I'd be more than a little surprised to see him in Crows colours again this year.

Jaensch has let me down big time, I decided to go with him instead of Fyfe and this could prove to be my downfall. I am now left with no back up in my forward line as I went with Roberts aswell at the start of the year. Niether of them have enough value to trade and I dont have enough trades left to have a sideways one. I need a fair bit of luck in regards to injuries.
Is Gunston any chance of returning soon? His my ninth forward and I'd like to seem him in the side to give me some backup.

Probably not, he may play the odd game here or there but unless there is a massive exodus because of injuries then I doubt we'll see him anytime soon. As it stands our forward line consists of Tippett, Porplyzia, Dangerfield, Walker, Stevens and Douglas with lots of players (Johncock/Goodwin/Petrenko) capable of filling in if need be.
Gunston is still very raw and didn't impress in his last performance so I see no reason for the coaching staff to rush him back into the side.

Not really a DT/SC question, but much better to post it here than clutter the board up with another thread. James Craig, how is he looking? Searching for 'Craig' on your board is obviously not very helpful, but I'd be very interested in how you think he's developing. Was the u18 AA ruckman, but strong suggestions he would play as a key position utility somewhere else on the field. Does he have a future?
NC isn't trying the kids for the sake of it or because the season is over, because there aren't any oldies being held back in SANFL - they're all injured, so there's no guarantee Henderson will hold his spot (unless he starts playing really well). i wouldn't be surprised if he was dropped next round if Davis was fit to play (despite them playing at opposite ends of the field).

Supposed to start playing again (SANFL - probably reserves) around R14.

Armstrong likely to keep his place for a bit now? He's on my mid bench but been an excellent mid season pickup so far
he's been playing fairly well, so i would assume so. i'm just annoyed i didn't pick him up for bench cover.
Need to make a downgrade in the forward line and are considering Ricky Henderson.
Anyone have any thoughts on this, inital thoughts are that he is only getting a game due to injuries rather a youth policy.
I don't really need him to play him as an emergency, just looking for a little cash cow if needed later in the year.

Initial thoughts are correct - he's only getting a game due to injury. He'll probably be the one making way for Vince in R13.
I thought the same thing about Schmidt.

Seriously considered Dougie at the beginning of the season, and a couple of times since as a trade target, had a feeling he might do what he's done, but didn't have the balls to pull the trigger on it
