Lovell looks like a supercharged Newman

West Coast select Sam Skinner with pick 36

Write up to come.

Strongly considered Tahana here, but after already selecting Cole I thought it'd be better to take a solid tall option.

His versatility really appeals to me as he can also play forward but at this stage he's played his best football in defense.

Could very well rotate with McGovern as that swing man which could be a deadly combination for Simmo.

Actually, if its not too late can i change to Braden Fiorini ??? The Western Bulldogs would really appreciate this pickup.
Aceknuckles has not yet chosen... thorne89 ??

So I buy you some extra time and you pay me back by taking the player I was hoping would still be around at my pick? That's cold, man :(

:D

Changed my mind, decided to go KIERAN LOVELL instead. The only real thing holding him back is his height and it would be amusing to watch him running around with Prestia. Had initially changed to Nick O'Kearney but didn't see any standout attributes with him. With Lovell it is clear that you get a tough and athletic mid (with surprisingly good agility) who knows how to get the ball (averages huge numbers) and then uses it well.

Eagle Rock1

Kieran is also a relation to Andy Lovell

Lovell's prospect video is great. 174cm - geez...us. Any chance of a growth spurt? Like maybe 10cm :)

I probably wouldn't choose him for WC (he's almost too ready to play) but if he was still around at our third pick I would. Maybe he could join North and become the next Boomer - if he finishes playing before he turns 50.

Hahahahaha oh that's gold!!

The Western Bulldogs would like to thank you for the extra time but also reminds you that pick 35 beats pick 42 ;)

Gach Nyoun, Port don't have many holes on their list but their ruck stocks have seemed limited due to the axeing of Redden so I think this is the best possible pick for Ports' needs rather than best available.

Well I honestly thought it would be easier than this at this stage.. But surprisingly I still have 5 players on my target list...very tough selection..

I will however go with the WA hopeful in Greg Clark. 193 BB mid who can possibly pinch hit as utility. I think learning a bit of a craft from Rockliff to develop his contested game. (Probably only to get drafted back to us anyway..)
.

I think brissy is out of picks?

Yestin Eades.

Former WA kid from Swan Districts now in Victoria playing school footy with St.Pats college and North Ballarat Rebels.

Had a stand out season with both and has matured as both a footballer and a person.

Has superb kicking skills and can run like the wind , break the lines, take a screamer and kick goals.

Will add more speed and x-Factor to the Saints lineup. Will work in tandem with Callum Ah Chee and compliment talls in Bruce and mcCartin.

Saints looking good.:thumbsu:

Melbourne take Ben "Barry" Crocker. Will do the writeup with the next pick which is coming up shortly.

Cheers, you're up now.

Edit: Will add a photo just to keep 2006_Eagles happy, but I don't really see what it achieves.

Is it possible for people to post a photo with their pick?

Would be appreciated.

With Pick 43, North Melbourne will take Sam Menagola. Sam known for his hard running ability has developed his inside game and become a more balanced midfielder in the last few years. North Take him with belief that he can add some class on the outside.
