There was king hit a week before also in the edfl and the edfl done nothing. About it because apparently there was no footage , and witnesses don’t count , and the kid that got hit didn’t end up in hospital because he was lucky he nose was strong enough to take a flush elbow at full pace without seeing the player coming towards him , Ian kyte showing great leadership
I'm sure clubs have noticed the complete lack of fines for 4 weeks. Umpires are punishing the EDFL for the pay cuts that only a few poorly organised clubs opposed. There's no doubt they are turning a blind eye to grubby teams/clubs and wont be carding players either, certainly not red cards that force them to also attend the tribuneral.

Which club are you referring to?

Under 10s being fined by the EDFL and umpires was aways been poor form by both in the past.

That’s why he is out of EK I believe. Told to not play supers on the weekend however choose to. You would think that would have been worked out prior to his arrival so bit strange. Oh well I guess it eases a bit of pressure on the playing group and coaching group regarding points.

Maybe Bash can chase up and clarify for us, as just what I heard.

You're only going to get copy/paste spin

Most umpires not fining clubs, (sounds like trying to keep EDFL pockets empty like theirs!!) however cards are being handed out in full force, Every senior match I have been to in the 4 rounds I have seen blue cards handed out, dont usually see blue cards in seniors.

Are we all buying into the crap about Scanlon and his super rules desires? Walks out on a premiership side, thats what we play footy for isn’t it? Does he have to return the 15k sign on from 2020?

Would you return it? Did the club pay it and if so he has been with the club for a season and four rounds 😏

Surely its a condition of EK signing the clearance? They would have leverage there?

Or how about the possibility he did not get a sign on, he came to play a final year with his cousin before moving to supers (pre covid cancelling a season) and is genuinely a friend of Pats like his article states. Hence why EK is willing to clear him even though he is a contracted player....dont see any other club clearing a contracted player. Let alone a very good contracted player.

Yes very true and strong possibility also. I was only meaning if there was a sign on what EK could do. Also I dont think he would be getting paid at Ardmona so sacrificing a bit of Kanga

Ek by 20 goals
APW by 6 goals
Tulla by 8 goals
West Coburg by 20 goals
West Meadows by 8 goals

So with these tips do we still believe div1 EDFL to be one the most even and competitive divisions in the state. 😄😄😄 Standard has dropped remarkably and the results show. Sorry but it’s an uneven ordinary division this season.

Ladder bar top 4 is not looking anything like i expected. I do feel the top 4 are a level above the rest, however results show anyone can be beat on their day.

Did not expect hillside to be second last and most likely 1-4 by round 5 considering they recruited so heavily and you claimed their team was better off now then before.
