It's so close at the minute.
Who ever loses the first final eds v cburn could well and truely lose the following week to westy as I think they will be too strong for both oak park or Tulla whoever slip in.
I'd say
Essendon Doutta Stars will play the winner of Craigieburn and Westmeadows.

Not sure about that tulla beat Westy convincingly first time around and where terribly undermanned the 2nd time and now having a dominant forward are a smokey in saying that EDS vCB is the most likely outcome
 
I'm not too worried about our defense as I actually think it's pretty good. Douttas only got away from us when our bench was depleted and really only Westmeadows has toweled us up. What worries me is, we keep having key players going down at vital parts of the game. Fletch lasted 10 minutes which instantly put Cloke under more pressure as we lose other attacking options. Yea he got 6 on the weekend, but most of them were when they weren't double and triple teaming him.

At the end of the day, we gotta start taking better options.

were is he from this bloke goes good apparent. DC got Westin flyin I called it while back,,, Westin the sleeper giant....

I think that's awfully arrogant.
Eds have played 8 quarters against cburn. And lost two. To say the only reason they got a way from you is because your bench was depleted is awfully disrespectful. But what do you expect. What the craigieburn coach said after the eds loss was exactly same. Maybe if Craigieburn pay a bit more respect to the other members of the top 4 they wouldn't have lost to all of them.

8 goals to EDS while we had no bench in the last quarter. Even then we still kicked 3 to come right back into the game until we simply ran out of legs. You call it disrespectful, I say it's pretty accurate.

I'm just sick to death of you posting on both this and the U18 threads
Craigieburn have so many out blah blah blah. always making excuses for the seniors losing always posting about the u18s missing players. I'm sure Craigieburn arnt the only team to have lost players throughout the year. My post in u18 was directed at people like you who complain they haven't had there full team in. So how about we quit the crap and you let the players do the talking for you! But again your senior coach doesn't show respect to anyone how can he ask you as a supporter/parent too.

Well you want to rant and have a go at people firstly Peter Bugden I call my friend IMO has shown the edfl umpires and some clubs the respect they deserve which is none when you see players hit behind play in front of the umpire and nothing done when Cam Cloke has 3 opposition players just about throw him to the ground and because of who he is nothing .When Jason got injured and was being walked around the boundary EDS supporters laughing and abusing him and people on here complained about a father defending his son.Free kick counts of 6 free kicks to 1 in games I am sick to death of the clowns who get here and dribble crap when they should stick to drinking with there mates at the game. And I am friends with a few EDS players.In closing the same clubs complaining are the ones who last year laughed and abused Craigieburn people last year now sooking and complaining.

Easy guys, why dont we talk about the fantastic final round we have in front of us, 3 teams fighting it out for 2 finals spots with each team a genuine chance. Going to be one very unlucky team, if results go as expected oakers could drop out but im giving them a real show to knock off EDS only due to the stars secured top 2 and will most likely have one eye on the first final, as will craigieburn. Massive week. As for relegation i get the feeling there is none and we will see 10 teams in this division next year and so we should
 
West are my favourites for the flag! watched them play the past 2 weeks and I am very impressed. were very unlucky to lose to EDS a lapse of 10 minutes in the last quarter cost them the game.
They were relentless against cburn on the weekend and ran them ragged. cburn I think rely on the 2 cloke boys way too much Page was a clear standout in the ruck while young tried hard all day but was well held by peters also thought saliba and courouzou played a role. Wests run from the backline was the standout the way they moved the ball and linked up across the ground made it look easy at times.

IMO it could be a Westmeadows EDS Final with cburn to go out in straight sets.
