Umm no.
The thread has been open for a few years now (in various parts) and it has never been an A grade thread.

B Grade is definitely shaping up to be an interesting one.

It's always interesting from here on to see how many of the pre xmas BOOM 'signings' actually turn into a signature on a clearance form... It happens every year, the break is a long time for a better offer to come or to change your mind and stay put at the current club.

Both grades will be super competitive IMO... B grade more so though with 5+ clubs with genuine plans for the last game of the year...

are you being serious??? cant really see a president playing footy can you?? in Australia it is very common to name your son after the father or havent you heard of that before.....

you definately live up to your name Tockley

Van Reit should be a gun with better players around him - Sorry Abers but true[/quote]

True he will be a better player with the team Keilor has but that also shows what sort of bloke he is. Walked out on a team cause he found it too hard. Gun at Seymour in a good team, and while he was bvery good for Abers he left cause it was too hard.

can anyone verify scott lucas's signature for a team in the edfl? rumour has it up here that he has signed with wedderburn in the ncfl. strange career move if true

Is there any news on West Coburg?? I hear they have had a few players leave?

If so will be struggling to stay in A grade.

Apparently Lucas is a done deal at Greenvale.

Heard this morning that Ang Christou and Angelo Lekkas will be lacing up the boots for Craigieburn next year... perhaps in the Superules league???

Lekkas is 33. Played at Sunbury the last 2 years. If he gets his body right he will be very good for crazyburn.

You may be able to add Kouta to that group as well.

ins : /trav dulic/jarrad cox/aaron kite/danny campbell/brett pitts/brent jefferies/pier haddad/rodney carruthers/paul westgarth/nazir abbouche /damien caulfield/matty baker /travis anderson

would like to here the ins /outs of other teams as the b grade competition is going to good to watch this year

Why didnt they recruit, or keep players last year??

They have recruited some quality in that list thats for sure. With them recruits last year, they would still be in A Grade.

Brett Jeffries has been a gun in the NFL for the last decade, and at 6'6 should dominate BGrade.

Would have thought that Craigieburn would have learnt from the past few years with there poor recruiting of older players from NFL, that they are not quick enough to handle the pace of A grade EDFL. They would have been better off spending that money on a bunch of 25-29 year old players from the VFL.

I am pretty sure you'll find that the reason he left was because rioli and barham are quite possible the 2 worst coaches in A grade and the club doesn't have the culture to turn into a successful team whilst certain people are there.

I think you'll find this is why McKee, Egan, Runnalls , Stevenson etc are also leaving the club!
