What on earth would they do if money wasn't enough to keep there players? Surely they'd hang around for the love of the club or at least the people in it?? Wouldn't they??

No he's actually playing lawn bowls as his Mum has some pull at the Pascoe Vale RSL. Taking Hille as his business manager and Phil read and Doering to make up the four.

it is now the 8th March still waiting for the update. cant wait!! Whats the matter he not playing?
Quinn and Harvey have been training regularly. Both there last night. Would expect them to go around again for the Mores.

finally one of the many rumours and sightings has come to fruition. Officially, Aaron Thomas has lodged a clearance to move from Strathmore back to his home club Sunbury. another rumour (yes only a rumor !) Nutter is moving back to WA
That should free up a little bit of coin if Nutter heads home. Has he asked for money to ship all his belongings back home and a couple of business class airfares.

what a club!!It would appear from reading the posts here (and sifting thru the high school name calling) that GV KL and DS have recruited well, SM have probably stayed about the same - pending READ coming and whether a few other rumours prove true. RESULT - closer comp between top four - bigger gap to the field. Thoughts??
True about the Top 4being a lot closer. Greenvale and Keilor were off to flyers in the early recruiting and have quietened down. Strathmore losing A Train is a massive loss - he's definately gone.
Abers will improve out of sight - have recruited really well and Sheppa is pumped for a big year.
Top 6 will be much closer this year.

Would have to disagree on the comp being closer. Strathmore were a 10-15 goal better side than any other club last year and are now adding Doering and Read. If Thomas goes thats a blow but will still shiit on every other club in the comp. 3 in a row for strathmore
When did READ sign? Were ten goals better than GV and DS on there day, can't disagree with that. DS also beat them during the year which means they were capable. If you're so full of urself that you can't accept that SM didn't recruit as well as other teams this yr then ur delusional and a waste of time.

12 goals by the way. GV were not there so you'd have to rate them behind DS. Last year you were baying for blood and predicting the end of life as we know it because SM recruited players. Now because other teams are doing it its OK. Strange.
