What does it matter who it is, the BF circus clowns will already have their posts typed.

It'll either be the guy is a dirty lowlife and proof that his club is rotten to the core or

It's all a beat up, he did nothing wrong and anyway its still not as bad as the Eagles.

We're all just waiting for the name to come out to see which side of the fence we'll be posting from.

Ain't it the truth.

The Age article from 2004 is not about the same player being suggested in this thread. The player from The Age article is still playing, and can be seen in Melbourne this weekend (unlike most weekends).

I love the outrage from people who don't have any vested interest in the site but are happy to push the speculation to the limit, citing censorship if things are removed. It's not a democracy and the powers that be can remove whatever they please. I am sure there are plenty of other sites you can go to and speculate to your heart's content.

This could only come from a WC supporter that has spent the better part of the season defending, apologizing and justifying criminal behaviour

I should read the dates when I click on links.

What always impresses me is how many highly credentialed lawyers post on BigFooty.....:)

are you annoyed that the dirty money that bought you your 80's flags is coming back to haunt your footy club?

So it's a dicatatorship?

Does that mean you'll be getting some of that AFL sponsorship money? :p

And we are always impressed with moderators who remain impartial and never ever denigrate those in their charge :p
As opposed to references to 'jack boots' because you can't have as much fun as you want?

What are you suggesting ... that a player might be linked to dirty money, therefore the whole club is tarnished? That Elliot in his heydey and major backer Dick Pratt didn't have enough money to put into the club so had to chase underworld money?

No, I'm only annoyed that posters such as yourself have a short shelf life on BigFooty and won't be around long enough to keep us amused with their witty observations.

There is no dictatorship on BigFooty. Nobody will be prevented from leaving. Everyone is free to accept the established rules or seek their freedom. We are a peace loving people really .....

I see your point, but really, no one knows anyone's credentials unless they flat out come out and say "I'm a ____." If we've got respected posters here who are right a certain percentage of the time, then I'll tend to take notice.

Yeah with a great sense of humour..

Then again I'm probably being a little harsh expecting a Carlton supporter to have a sense of humour this year :p

We may have a short shelf life because we cannot stand the trifle you serve us up on here.
But in answer to your question, yes and yes, well a maybe.
Two key players were certainly linked in this regard, and seeing as most of your good players came from WA and the problems they have been having there in recent times, i have put 2 and 2 together, and come up with a window, err... i mean that the blue baggers should be called the blue 'brown paper' baggers.

have you read today's Age article? take particular note of the words
A FORMER star footballer

Have a look through any thread on player behaviour, regardless of which club he's from. The majority of posters attacking the player will be from opposition clubs and the most posters defending him will be his club.

It has nothing to do with West Coast.

We don't have any criminal behaviour.;)
