Imagine the poor people that work to produce that Ferrari. You put out the second best car on the grid and then watch a bunch of bumbling idiots run a race that a 6 year old could manage better.

Interesting fact:

Sergio Pérez is the first runner-up to score less than half the points of that year's champion

2023: Verstappen (575) to Pérez (285) - (49.57)%

1992: Mansell (108) to Patrese (56) - (51.85)%

1997: Villeneuve (81) to Frentzen (42) - (51.85)%

2001: Schumacher (123) to Coulthard (65) - (52.85)%

1971: Stewart (62) to Peterson (33) - (53.23)%

The difference here of course is that Porsche is a vehicle/engine manufacturer and retailer whereas Red Bull Racing is a an F1 conglomerate substantially funded by the owner of a soft drink business but an interesting point nevertheless.

Crazy how dominant RB have been this year. Won't say it was the most enjoyable of years to watch. I'm wondering how many fans F1 will lose because of the predictability. You'd assume alot of casual fans. Hoping for a few more races winners next year.

Racing behind Max has been very close though, personally I think it has been a fun season

The racing has been pretty good for the most part if you take Max out of it. Four different teams competed for second place at different points in the season.
