With 16 minutes and 27 seconds remaining in the first quarter of tonights delicious football match, Matt Priddis smothered a football with his head. The massive impact was enough to straighten his tight curls but rather than roll around the ground like an unbalanced marble Pridda shook it off and sought out some more hard ball gets, tackles, space blocks and other things of that nature. In another piece of masterful commentary, Den stated "That impact was something". Thanks Den. Could this be the best falcon of all time??

Bit rough on priddis, had no time to react or brace himself and didn't even see it coming. Surely the freo kids takes (and maybe eats) the cake, or tom Boyd's one that went over the fence on the full. Honorable mentions to the west coast bloke against the saints in a pre season game that got k.oed and there was a boundary umpire in the west who had to go off with the blood rule from one.

Gaff was a meter back when he kicked it, Priddis would have had ended up the same but the bloke is tough and went onto have a beats of a game.
