In the spirit of misery needing company, there can be multiple miserable fanbases at any given point in time...20th Century - St Kilda
21st Century - Carlton
Win-win
AgreedSaints clear leader
Freo second
Go ask our mates in Port Adelaide. Ask them why they are miserable with Ken Hinley as coach?Do GF losses equal misery?
In the spirit of misery needing company, there can be multiple miserable fanbases at any given point in time...

So your thoughts on how miseable Port Adelaide fans have been under the Ken Hinkley coaching era? lolRecency bias is deliberate.
I'm measuring misery of living current fans, not the dead.
Simple. No GF appearances. So your thoughts on how miseable Port Adelaide fans have been under the Ken Hinkley coaching era? lol
Again Ask the Port Adelaide fans about Ken Hinley as coach. lolWhich club is wrong??
Saints, Blues, Freo, North, Bombers
Pretty hard to argue those fans are pretty ****ing miserable.
Either miserable or delusional.
Take your pick?
In a weird way I want Port to win the flag just to see what their supporters say in the 'Sack Hinkley' thread right after the game.Again Ask the Port Adelaide fans about Ken Hinley as coach. lol
We had similarly deluded fans who wanted Chris Scott sacked right up until the 2022 finals campaign. Thankfully that chorus of wailing and whining "experts" died right down after that flag win.In a weird way I want Port to win the flag just to see what their supporters say in the 'Sack Hinkley' thread right after the game.
I imagine instead of celebrating they will call for his sacking.
I’m trying to.The fact not much mention of Essendon just goes to show how far that club has fallen.
Seems like everyone has forgotten they play in the AFL.
Do you reckon Clarko would have still been at the helm at Hawthorn in 2016 if he had achieved nothing? In a weird way I want Port to win the flag just to see what their supporters say in the 'Sack Hinkley' thread right after the game.
I imagine instead of celebrating they will call for his sacking.
100% what will happen with Hinkley. We had similarly deluded fans who wanted Chris Scott sacked right up until the 2022 finals campaign. Thankfully that chorus of wailing and whining "experts" died right down after that flag win.
Just thinking about the 1971 grand final between saints and hawks. Saints were leading by 20 points at 3 quarter time. They would want that last quarter back.Since the turn of the 21st century we've mainly been competitive and have contented on a few occasions. (Unlike say Carlton lol)
However feels like no team has had worse luck than us and more heartbreak. The Milne bounce, the Hawkins post, G-train kicking his 100th, G. Wanganeen pulling an impossible goal out of his backside, recently getting screwed by NGA academy rules and being stuck mid table.
There was also a grand final we won in like 1910 or something that the league just decided didn't count lolJust thinking about the 1971 grand final between saints and hawks. Saints were leading by 20 points at 3 quarter time. They would want that last quarter back.
Saints would want to change the last quarter of that 2009 grand final too.
**** me if we're changing GF last quarters can we make a few dozen nominations?Just thinking about the 1971 grand final between saints and hawks. Saints were leading by 20 points at 3 quarter time. They would want that last quarter back.

Yeah the 1913 VFL grand final between Saints and FitzroyThere was also a grand final we won in like 1910 or something that the league just decided didn't count lol

This post isn't complete without mentioning McLeod, Jarman and Ellen.Since the turn of the 21st century we've mainly been competitive and have contented on a few occasions. (Unlike say Carlton lol)
