Trumps idea of bloat is removing any decent social program, gutting the administrative state, and giving tax breaks for his mates. So basically, he wants all the guard rails gone.
He doesn’t want to have a government which works for the people which should be the aim, he wants to have a govt which works directly to enrich himself and his benefactors.

1) class war, I said that both parties participate in this and such off the rich. The class war is 3 people in the US have more money than the bottom 50%. Donor money to BOTH PARTIES has broken the system and Trump is turbo charging it, while the Dems have done nothing to change the course that things have been going on since the Reagan era.
2) I like how you carefully selected one paragraph to dismiss everything else. Now you could say “hey trump has an even better plan”, but alas no. Why do think Trump is removing caps on drug prices?
