Not at all, apart from the now-exorbitant prices and lack of flight availability! But I have ditched the bus/train options now anyway.

Tiger are offering a mid-morning flight, might just take that.

Which was part of the reason I decided not to go up to Sydney tomorrow.
And i've only flown Tiger once, and I won't be making it twice.

All up over $500 return when you include fees etc. Not cheap but it's Carlton!

They said that if you don't hear from them this week then you should get in touch Monday coming.

That's assuming you have a relevant membership, of course.

It's not that the staff are particularly bad, but the delays and cancelations (without any proof) have got to be the WORST in Aus for any domestic airline. Taking a Sunday night flight from Melb to Bris is sheer stupidity, always delayed. You forget about these things when you're booking the super cheap flight though

Well, pleased to report that Tiger got me to Sydney and back without any problems!

Shame about the result, but a good experience nevertheless. Now 0/2 in interstate finals (WC semi in 2011) and 1/3 overall interstate (Gold Coast in 2011). Maybe next time!
