The way the players reacted to his goal indicates everyone knew it was his farewell game, imo.The usual, inevitable suspect: On the camera side wing 3 North players charged at an Eagle in possession on the boundary; he handballed infield and all three North boys turned and charged toward the receiver. Can't remember what happened next but chances are it was a handball forward to two free Eagles......one of them Cripps? ....plenty of effort, but woefully, as usual, wastefully misguided. Feels like its been going on for 20 years.
