Wouldn't mind Matt back at our club in development
Think we have more than enough ex-Freo players at the club currently, don't want us to turn into an insular boys club.

Dreamboat tooVery smart bloke. Took a year off to study full time first year out of high school.
Nah nah. Ross was crying his eyes out at the best and fairest about letting some of these blokes go. The full on rebuild and delist of deboer, mzungu, Pearce, silvagni etc was forced on Ross. If there's one thing Ross loved it was a soldier like Deboer.Never understood moving him. Ross had a lot of say in this, apparently.
Only 26 at the time.
Kept Blakely… how disastrous that turned out
De Boer played more games for GWS then Blakely ever played in his career.
I was cutting onions when mzungu and clancee left. Wasn't crying butNah nah. Ross was crying his eyes out at the best and fairest about letting some of these blokes go. Mzungu was everyone's favourite wasn't he glad he's still aroundI was cutting onions when mzungu and clancee left. Wasn't crying but
Yep i would rather go to Newcastle then Canberra.Yep, done it plenty of times. Canberra is a fairly s**t place to visit. I understand why they put the games in Canberra though.
Embrace our history and past players will make the club stronger moving forward.Think we have more than enough ex-Freo players at the club currently, don't want us to turn into an insular boys club.

Been to the war memorial and parliament house at school camp not much else to see down there.
Plus I have cousins who live up in Newcastle and the weather is nicer up north.
I saw your profile that's why I asked about the long drive .That's where I'm at, it's pretty good up here. My money is on the 3rd NSW team being based in Newcastle in 10-15 years.
AFL is doing well at the grass roots.

He's also been away at another club for like 5 years.Pershps, but good people are good people no matter where they’re from
Crazy to think he came 2nd in the Sandover from 12 games that year and we still cut him.
First retiring player I've ever seen use compound interest in advising young players how to invest in their playing careers!Matty studied Law and Commerce while he was in WA. Smart dude. Think he’ll be okay post footy.
Not sure MDB is AFL CEO material given all the previous incumbents are either graduates of elite establishment private schools or massive driven sociopaths from the wrong side of the tracks..
Reading that Brad Hill wants to be traded again....
