Don't see the need to cheer on players who left for money. Each to their own I guess.

I listened to the preview when he spoke about Lobb and he made an interesting point that seems to be forgotten about. When supporters say a player shouldn't get to nominate a club and go to whatever team in the nominated state, by that stage the manager has done his due diligence and spoken to all the clubs in that state. In Lobb's case, only 2 Victorian teams were interested and the only team that had the capacity to get the deal done was the Bulldogs. That is why Lobb nominated them but they were prepared to listen to any offer that came in until the trade was completed.

Cheap depth, brings knowledge of another club and professional standards - even if he doesn’t play it still makes sense. I agree that hes unlikely to do much on field.
