Rumour Future of the club (Bevo, board, assistant coaches, football department)

I am for replacing Bevo but some of the comments here are way over the top. He has been our best performing coach ever just think his use by date is up. The subtle comment maybe directed at management in his presser was that he was about to meet with the players in our MAKESHIFT theatre.

Unfortunately the majority of this board has gone way over the top and we are looking eerily similar to the Port Adelaide board re: Ken Hinkley.

Ideally people would be more balanced but too many allow their emotion to cloud their judgement. I’m guilty of this also.

Everything the club has done this week affirms that we are sleepwalking our way to a list bottom out and rebuild.

Dark days ahead. Thank god Bont and Libba jagged a flag early.

We are a revitalised game plan and a few players away from being a top 2/4 team - if we are bold enough.

I don’t think being this much of a doomer makes sense when we’ve got one of the better lists going around, it’s just not playing to it’s strengths.

He definitely was, 2016 and 2021 being examples of this but the well runs dry eventually for these types of coaches and you get exposed when you don't have the ability to actually influence matchday with personnel move, which he does not have.

The current structure has deficiencies across the backline and lacks another mid to get the footy out of congested traffic. I dont know what Bev could get out of the list as it is with the continued focus on giving fringe players game time over the players that actually need it

I don't have name of coaches but the goss past through to me

-3 names including Cameron have been brought up for the restructure of the coaching staff
-Two NAB League coaches are in talks with the dogs for a full time role
-Grant expected to keep his role but with new support around him
-Nathan Bruke potentially doing more AFL work next year as part of his AFLW Full Time role

-Probably the same 3 names that I've heard repeated a few times then. Nathan Buckley, Stewart Dew & Leon Cameron - All 3 names I've heard come from various sources both inside the club and outside.
-Two NAB league coaches huh? I'd assume they'd be doing development stuff, replacing Varcoe and Martin.
-Grand expected to keep his job is worrying, if all 3 of Bevo, Grant and Ameet stay that actually does piss me off.
-Love Burke but I'm 99% sure he was adamant of not wanting to touch the mens program, remember hearing an interview with him stating such, good turn around from the club if we've managed to get him onside.
