Oh and supports were surprised with last weeks result (no $&6; Sherlock, angry bit surprised)

How can you not say we need to be better than relying on another team to lose to make finals.

If Bevo stays membership numbers will plummet.

I know supporters outside of BF (yes they exist!) who are rabid anti-Beveridge. Neither of them are planning to change their membership status though (both same age group as me, but pragmatic enough to have lived thru so many coaching upheavals and tough onfield and off field periods that this is a walk in the park).

I'm only considering downgrading my memberships due to financial pressure, but hopeful I can find an additional income stream to help (don't tell Mrs gj79!).

I have a lot of time for him but I'm concerned about the number of 26+yo list cloggers we have. Is that Sam's fault or Bevo's? It's easy to blame Bevo since he's very much in the gun right now, but surely Sam has to be accountable too?

That maybe due to where the club felt they were at rating the list as a top 4 with only some piece needling to be added. Some youth has been added but it needs time to develop especially Buss & Charlie who missed the majority of preseason.

Hopefully we can add some talent that can play from round one next year and Busslinger & Charlie come on

• We get destroyed in transition,
• We don't encourage growth in our younger players,
• We will likely lose a few of our young stars because of the above,
• The players aren't playing with passion.

Who is "most"? Most of the small number who won't renew surely, not most of the current membership.

Bit late for that I would have thought.

I don’t know why Bubba has been singled out, for a period during the year our backline functioned reasonably well, until Jones went down followed by JJ and Red, not his fault.

I might be wrong but I think the only reason we know that Smith is being moved on is because he didn't have a contract for next year and clubs are required to inform coaches by a certain date if they will get a new contract so they can look for roles elsewhere if they are not.

The other assistants would still have a year to go on their 2 year contracts.

We suddenly drop games to Hawks and EAGLES! with top 8 at stake, coinciding with Smith not having his contract renewed.

The performance on the field by the players the last two weeks was a protest to something.

Even though I didn't and wouldn't bother watching the presser. What did anybody expect?

Beveridge has never been the most engaging public speaker. That is especially so when he's doing these mandated pressers in front of people who sound as bored by the process as he does.

Think about it. When was the last time a coach. Any coach actually said or a reporter asked anything of worth at one of these things?

The reporters will ask their stock questions. Beveridge will reply with stock answers in the most perfunctory way possible, with an eye to doing something useful with his time.

Pressers are as contrived as the WWE just without the personality or fun.
