So we lost to the eventual Premiers while the Handbaggers were smashed by a team who were absolutely no match for the Doggies.

That confirms my theory the Cats are nothing but flat-track pretenders who'll be lucky to scrape back into the finals next year, and pity help them if Dangerfield should happen to miss any games - might as well chalk those down as losses now.



Meanwhile this future multi-Brownlow medalist will be dominating the comp with his new chum Tom Mitchell next year.

I don't see how anyone could come up with any positives for Geelong's 2016 season. They bought themselves into the Top 4 and didn't get the ultimate prize, while the aging stars the cash splash was built around just got more and more cooked.

Hawkins is your entire ****ing fowardline- Motlop is goooone and worth bugger all, Menzels knees won't hold up, Danger is your next biggest goalkicker ffs.

However your foward problems pale in comparison to your geriatric backline, half of which will retire and the other half you will wish had retired.

Now Hawthorn on the other hand has two picks before you and has a most exciting inside/outside beast of mid in Jaeger coming in along with Mitchell to bolster our mids.
Future superstar Ryan Burton and his best mate Ben Jarman are coming to the Premiership party as well.
Looks like we are losing the hardest man in the comp though, that fearless, contested ball winner Brad Hill.
