Saw Selwood when having lunch. I know its a long shot, but has anyone got 2 tickets they want to offload for tonight?
Maybe menongola and Guthrie will be given extra attention this game. Lambert and Ross in for them. Lambert usually plays that two way running defensive mid role. Will Richmond try and rough up Miers again and some of our players that don't like that stuff
Close? Sure about that? He wears long sleeves to hide his arms!Brad Close and Atkins to return fire, I reckon.
Agree it’s time to lower the eyes. Big game for the other forwards! A few of them playing for their spot in the team.Just hope we don't become too Hawkins focused if they are able to get the numbers back in defense
Rata needs to get angry and extract the digit. Win some football.Genuinely confused over the angst that Ratugoleas selection has caused. He’s an infinitely better and more mobile first ruckman than Jenkins. He’ll run nankervis off his feet. 2020 Geelong is all about continuity and structure. They’ve settled on a mobile first ruck with Blicavs giving the chop out. They don’t want to deviate from that plan. Jenkins only real spot with us right now is if hawkins can’t play. Even if Rohan is out, Jenkins can’t play that mobile fast role.
Prediction, we win easily tonight. 27 points.
Tigers have the blueprint to beat us. Apply extreme pressure and the cats succumb and turn the ball over and usually the games are over by halfway through the second quarter. It’s been like that in finals for years.
Can cats stand up and give it Back to them in equal measure tonight?
Our pressure has been elite this year, so keep that up and we are a chance.
Tigers playing for top 4 so they’ll be extra hungry.
First quarter is the game for me.
Close, Fogarty, Atkins, rata... it’s your turn!

Yeah, it was overreach and I implied you did, you never said anything like it. My apologies, I'm just a bit excited!Ricketz, didn't get to reply to you on the other thread, but just wanted to point out that I think Dunc is an absolute superstar. The only reason I had him behind Guth, Kelly and Menegola - if Kelly was still at our club, and just basing it on this year -, is because he's safrificed his role to become more of a permanent wingman, which has worked wonders for our structure. In terms of importance to our team, I literally have him 4th, behind Hawk, Stanley and Blics - he's that consistent and amazing
Just wanted to clear that up, because I love Dunc with a passion, and I definitely do not want to undersell his importance

Having a couple of days off has meant I have spent too much time here making comments, so I'll summarise where I am at:
- Tiges will flood our forwardline and make it a stodgy game.
- Cats will win by two goals or less with Richmond not kicking over 50.
- Balta is not the Messiah.
- Dimma to complain about us leaving our back six beyond the fifty arc.
- Sav in, Jenkins out is bad, good and inconsequential.
- Tim Kelly is a gun and we don't miss him.
I think that is about it
We'd prefer it if none of you degenerates jump on our wagon.Wishing you lads every success this evening, and hope you can beat the tigers
