Lockhart delisting was always a bit of a mystery for me too.

But no other club picked him up either which says something.

Agree, he was pretty sharp with the ball and a solid enough defender.

Yeah covid year a bit of a blur. I didn't even realise he was still on the list in 21. Always thought he was handy couldn't get in the team when it was going well. Would probably take him over some players in the team now.

Southport are playing him as a small forward. Looks sharp and quick. Roved the ball beautifully front and centre yesterday

It is a common trope today. It's one of the modern interpretations of affirmative action. Doesn't mean the person selected isn't competent, it's just the way many clubs/companies are trying to show they are progressive.

As for Kate, her attempts to whitewash the whole dumpster fire the club is right now highlights the level of incompetency she's reached.

It's really a review of how how the club is run as any other organisation. Specific football knowledge really not that important.

Has to look at key areas such as leadership, communication, people management, goal/objective setting and tracking, decision making processes etc.

I am glad about an Ext. review., this needed to happen. Lets hope the rot and toxicity gets rooted out in the process. This club needs to start to heal.

Hopefully Darren Shands brings some High quality friends.
