I'll say it again, none of the players you mentioned help that problem. Even Schache, while the best of them is very raw and will drift in and out of games. Right now Hawkins and Menzel are our leading goal kickers, and we still have both.

I'll say it again.

If you think that Stringer, Schache or Watts are average or "we don't need them" then you are the one who has no clue IMO

Lobbe I can understand but he's better than Stanley and probably Zac Smith too for that matter.

Hawkins is 29 and Menzel has no legs and is not a KPP.

Teams have a tendency to chase "sure things" as opposed to speculative ideals.

Would you chase Schache for 10 days only to be told no?

Teams will go hard now IMO.

We should be one of them.

Schache is a better prospect than anyone in this draft IMO.

We're waiting on the Lang deal to go through I thought. Get 30 for Lang then that goes toward Ablett.
