The AFL introduced free agency at the end of the 2012 season, giving players another vehicle where they can transfer from one club to another. Free agency is a common form of player movement in major football and sporting codes around the world.

Free Agency Opens: Friday October 4 at 9.00am
Free Agency Closes: Friday October 11 at 5.00pm

Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period​

Trade Period Opens: Monday October 7 at 9.00am

I dont really know about the article but I heard Corn Chip on Trade Radio say ..if BS was in the national…the one club that shoudl pick him was Haw…. Old hat now ..Haws do not even have 14 any more

The way the R1 is being value..id say the Dogs should take our R1 and run ..cause I doubt anyone gets picked before the kids this year.

I'm confident that trading himmout is a bad idea, though not 100% that he'll be what we need.

If we traded Clark out now it would be at 50 cents in the dollar.

If we could cash out at 80-90 cents in the dollar I would do it. If the Oliver deal was definitely going to happen and it was for our future first, but the Dees turned around and asked for Clark instead, I'd keep our future first instead of Clark for instance. Not likely to be an option though.
