Gibbs could be the next Hodge I feel it

Based on the posts so far the consensus appears

A. At the same age Gibbs miles ahead
B. Head to head at the moment Hodge is ahead since his move to loose man in defence, however prior to that line ball

I pretty much agree

I have just spoken to that man mountain Steven Milne and he says.

" Yeah No ". :thumbsu:

Hodge had OP for the first three years he was at the club.

In 05, at 21 years of age after finally getting over the OP he burst onto the scene, he averaged near 30 possessions.

Hodge-Tough, Leader,
Gibbs-Squib, frontrunner

Hodge is in the top 10 outside players in the league... seeing him go to ground after he bit his tongue reminded me of the time i bit my tongue when i was eating my zia's gnocchi... it really kills.....

There is a reason why is not captain at whorethorn... captains are mostly in and under type players not looseman easy kick specialists like hodge.

I agree, I personally don't want our future star to become a fat dud who sits on the half back flank, and just runs of dud players and picks up cheap possesions. We have Carrazzo for that.

carrazzo has better defensive skills than dodgey....

You just keep on dreaming about having a Norm Smith Medallist.

Seriously, I wonder how much you Blues supporters actually know about football. Then again I suppose there has to be one group of fans who are regarded as tools....

One good game makes a star now does it? And you think you no more about football than i do ......

It's know sunshine.

And yes. You're ignorance over the facts shows that no matter what you would like to argue, you more than likely only watch Blues games and therefore you have no idea.

Can you honestly say you were not impressed by the way Gibbs developed this year? Be honest. I was impressed with Hodge and the Hawks all year. Our time will come

Haha. This thread is obviously a joke - being posted in Bay 13.

Hodge can play anywhere but the backline is the Hawks weakest line at this point in time so he is put there to hold it together.

I'm prepared to give you some time with Gibbs - he may come good :p
