Yep, I agree was huge in the 2nd half, Lenny was very very good across the whole game but Goddard was the reason why there is next week

That massive mark and goal was epic. he had 31 touches and kept them in it..

I don't think he would care but I do agree he was a whisker better than Lenny who played an amazing game too.

Hayes got it as compensation for not getting AA selection. Hayes was good but Goddard was the best on ground, by far. Kept them in it when the Saints were being overwhelmed and that mark at the end was incredible.
Suck it princess. Lenny Hayes @ $9.00 works a treat.
Just made more in an afternoon than you do in a week selling your body.

it was funny watching the highlight on the Footy show this morning of last 5 minutes
1. Goddard stands on heads in the Saints goalsquare, goes back kicks a goal.
2. Goddard knocks over Dawes, seemingly 1 on 3 in the Pies goalsquare, lucky bounce falls to Dawes who sets up Cloke
3. Siren goes with Goddard winning the ruck tap over to Hayes.
Forget the cloning thread, it's already happened.

No blinkers here, was at the game with a Saints supporter and we both thought Normie was gonna go either to BJ or Daisy, depending on result.

While Hayes was good, Goddard was clearly better for the whole game. In the first half in particular I'd be interested to know how many of Hayes disposals were smothered. Plenty of them I'd suggest.
