Its so random. I'm on desktop and mobile. Joined queue about 10 minutes before 10 (no idea you could jump on earlier). 71k ahead on my desktop, which I joined earlier on. Mobile down to 7k which I joined later on.

Queue wasnt time based, it was random generator based on your Queue ID at the bottom. You could have joined at 9:59 and been first in the queue for example
