From flashbacks of horror to 2022 to exceptional comeback and performances from Grundy, Amartey and Gulden very good cameos from Adams and once again Rowbottom leading the way with 10 tackles.

Once we got ahead it was really never in doubt we are like a powering machine steaming forward.

Very encouraging performance from Papley who looked back to his very best

We left to many goals out there 32 scoring shots to 22 would i wanna face Geelong in a final? heck no they were exceptional for most of the game.

YES. What a solid contest. Sometimes a game is worth more than four points. Sometimes a game lets you know you're ready.

Juzzy stepping up

Grundy huge

Adams and Jordon contributing

Rowy fighting

Tommy and Melican stable

Paps lighting up

Logan with moments

Amartey doing things

Midfield guns DELIVERING omg

Wicks linking up

It's 2024 and we're ready.

GO BLOODS YOU'RE THE BEST IN IT

First quarter performance worrying again. I really don't like giving the opposition a decent start like we have.

Grundy is a such a great ruck! We'll go a long way this season if he stays fit all year. Phenomenal performance.

Great all-round performance. We've got a bit of Hollywood about us at times... Can score a lot of goals in style.

Well done to the academy swans. Clearly too good and smashed us.

Sign of a much better teams.

Best midfield in the league vs worst in the league and it showed over 4qtrs
You got ripped apart by a rookie and pick 40 today. Finished off by an academy player who you could've actually ended up with had you bidded in the first round. Off to bed

Special win that. Past times we would have rolled over, but our mental toughness this year has been key to our success. Even when we're 5 goals down we readjusted and got to work at ground level. Contested and turnover game really shined through in the end.

Grundy's hit out work was awesome, Gulden's work rate was through the roof, Heeney another solid outing. Rowys grunt and Adams composure I really liked as well. Good teams find a way to win those types of games.

that win will also have massive psychological ramifications
geelong have friggin haunted us for two years ... but that result, and the manner in which it was achieved, will surely extinguish any lingering bad memories associated with geelong ...
the cats are definitely not among the best teams this season but to do that to them after giving away a six-goal start will emphasise to all our players (if any of them needed it) that this premiership is very much ours for the taking

Suppose im even more pleased that we are able to get back in the game after giving away the first 7 goals at least at home?

Now what happens if we get jumped like that in a big final? remains to be seen i suppose.

Grundy FMD what a cheat code.

The fight back is what makes me believe this year. 100 points in 3 quarters is amazing

The ability to adapt, overcome and get the game back onto our terms is outstanding.

Grundy BOG. Heeney, Gulden and Warner all damaing at times. Papley back to his best. Melican was an absolute wall too

Think Adam had his best game for us. Really doing that solid inside work. Jordon got another scalp

Whole team was down early. Whole team lifted. An amazing performance. Am so proud

Feel free to f off with the academy stuff 👍 not like you weren't gifted a bunch of Father Son premierships.

That was some sort of game from Grundy. Heeney and Warner had exceptional patches throughout the afternoon but Gulden put together the most complete performance in terms of staying involved. That late goal was just icing on an incredible cake. His best game all year.

Thought Amartey was impressive in front of goals after some early misses, really important and growing each week as an important cog in our team.
