Not all his fault, it's the way the rules are at present. It seems we as a code are not mature enough to deal with the truth, and have to have this charade regarding players changing clubs. Somewhat of a farce.

I wouldn't go as far to say that it is greed. Deep down you know you wouldn't turn down such an offer I know I would jump at it. The only problem should be how he has lied to all involved at the MFC.

the charade at the airport yesterday and really for months is a real character slap.

Nathan Buckley was at least upfront all year when he had his year in Brisbane saying he was committed to the Bears that year but would like to leave to go play in Victoria.

Least it is over with. Can't direct all the anger at Tom. I wish he was more bloody honest and up front about it ala Ward/David, but Vlad and his cronnies are too blame.

I feel like headbutting my computer but pretty sure that would be against work OHS rules. I've already left of a god almighty scream. Colleagues must be thinking I really don't like Monday mornings.

My issue with him isn't the decision. It's that he's pretty clearly lied to everyone at Melbourne about it. No way he's gone to GWS to look at the facilities and made the decision 24 hours later.

Phil Davis went about it the right way.

People are going to be pissed off either way, but if you're up front and honest about it, at least you'll still have some respect.
