Why can off shore drilling not be promoted so a actual club improvement focus cannot be clouded?

It would be hard for her to do her job as good as possible whereas coaching with Dimma has the natural benchmarks to compare in place as well as opposition forces against his success.

How does she focus completely fully on commercial sales when her mind is partially on the coach and what he is doing so she will be drawn towards footy dept matters due to spherical influence?

Is RFC missing out on commercial opportunities as a result due to misdirected focus?
