Can't compare to a company.
Different kettle of fish, different situation.
A company is judged by its share price and corporate performance, profit, loss.
That is the criteria.
Footy club is based on onfield performance and success, that's how it is judged and assessed.

Quite clearly Rance was sleeping with Mrs Hardwick. He had to be given he was gifted those games early on when he used to wear ice skates on the G. She was always in charge of selection.
Dimma found out and Rance had to go.
Since then Dimma been trying to work stuff out with Mrs Hardwick but it all became too much in hub life.
Now Mrs Hardwick has to go and can’t blame Dimma for having another love interest.
Dimma was sleeping with Gary Rohan,l to make sure he didn’t get any more than 3 disposals in the grand final.
Jack Higgins girlfriend sleeping with Bucks and that tennis player.
And Jack Steven got stabbed when he was fighting with Rhys Shaw

so where does all this leave George’s playing future ?
 
The Age article says they were in two different departments of the club.
In other words, she was not in a subordinate position answerable to Dimma.
It was not a situation of a power imbalance.
Hugh Marks abruptly resigned as CEO of Channel Nine after a series of affairs with subordinates at the company which had started to affect corporate morale and decision making.
It was actually starting to affect the share price, as institutional investors had become concerned by decisions.

So dimma went to work at the start of 2020 season/pre season one day and got staff to check if it was with hooking up and cheating on his wife with younger staff getting the green light? Then went told the players, Peggy plus Gale that he's cheating on Mr Hardwick and they were all cool about it but shhh it a secret so don't tell Mrs Hardwick. Seriously he was hiding the relationship from both club and Mr Hardwick but got caught by the club and now the club is trying to deal with it.

The rumour thread on the main board is actually hilarious.

The opposition supporters in the morning jizzing themselves at the prospect of Hardwick getting the sack of getting the physio pregnant.

When it was revealed that all it was is Hardwick being in a relationship with someone from the sales team (not a job where she is influenced by Hardwick) they are now hoping that it will enrage the playing group and derail the 2021 season.

How old are Dimmas kids out of interest? Not unusual for couples to split once the kids are old enough / left home. Have seen it happen tons of times.

Does seem odd as Mrs Hardwick seemed a pretty integral part to the Hardwick package but that said we really have nfi nor should we.

Sad to hear of marriage break ups but at the end of the day aslong as they are happy that's the main thing.

Na ill say what i like and he said she wasn't in the hub when dimma was in the hub so that says they were hooking up at the start of the season or even in 2019....... not hard to work out...

Do you have the date that the marriage broke down? It could've been before Richmond even left for the GC hub.
 
The actual rumour SHOULD BE do we purposely start scandals and cause troubles on purpose so that we have motivation to win a flag ?

I'm betting 2022 scandal will be either us recruiting hannah mouncy as our next key defender after she has been juiced up to the gills or stack releasing a porno as a side gig
