Answerth is another one who could come into consideration.
Or is he injured?
tbh i don't mind Answerth as a mid at all. Goes in hard, runs back hard... but his kicking is shit but the style of game we play it's not a huge factor and probably something Fagan doesn't care too greatly when it comes to midfielders. Ashcroft and Dunkley are pretty horrid kicks and are best 22. Answerth provides a point of difference with his athleticism and big balls.

Nah. DevRob deserves a crack ,and, IMO, will be an upgrade on Noah.

yeah i don't really care who comes in as long as they perform a role. But we've tried Dev a few times... Noah as a mid is relatively unknown so could be a multi bagger or you've lost your house type investment. Dev is like an index fund... boring.

I don't know when the powers that be will work out that Ah Chee is easily the best most reliable player not currently in the side but as most supporters don't realise it then it could be a long time before it gets up the food chain.
Pretty sure the issue is that he keeps getting injured.

Given it's the Hawks, I'd rather shuffle some cards and give Lohmann a go.

Might not want to reduce the amount of guys who can run through the midfield on a larger ground
Maybe Harry Sharp is another option to run up and down the wings of the MCG.

Harry came in for Zorko in round 8.
But Rich was also out that week and Wilmot went into defense. Outs: Rich, Zorko. Ins: Sharp, Lyons (Sub)

With Payne coming back i don't think Wilmot will be moved from the wing this week anyhow.

That would be the most likely scenario.

I would be happy for Lohmann to come in. We have quite a few options which is great.
Whichever way the Club goes replacing Zorko, it won't disrupt the team much in my opinion.
A mid, mid/fwd or just a forward won't change our structure too much.

I suggested Cockatoo or another forward with Rayner, Bailey, McCluggage, Ashcroft getting more CBA's than last week.
So, giving Lohmann, Cockatoo or even Blake Coleman a go is fine with me.

Unless Blake Coleman has already been written off for a new deal it would be good to see how he handles an AFL role.
A game against Hawks or Eagles should not affect either result.

Just noticed something on my above CBA's chart.
Our 3 losses were against Port, Dogs & Crows
Daniher's lowest CBA's were against those 3 and arguably his 3 worst games for the year.

His other zero % CBA's game was v Demons when we played Fort.
Fort also played in the Dogs game but was subbed off sometime in the 3rd quarter. Oscar must have rucked alone for the rest of that game.

Not often you see Fages drop selection bombshells like that! Didn't see that one coming.
