3 of those 4 would be due for delisting according to 90% of people here, so not necessarily the best names to kick upTheres others such s Cegs who would of (could have - for the pedants ) been reqd at several clubs, and hence would have had trade value.

If we'd tried to shop Frawley early, maybe he would take the Burton-like hint to move. He could have gone to the Dees on a Lake-like deal.

I guess I hada bit of a hardon for May and think he shouldhave been one of our main targets.

I reckon Rough can get back to some form. Maybe he needs to be relieved of the captaincy, give it to someone like Izzy or Titch, so he can go back to focusing on key forward play, and being the colossus that we know he can be.

I watched it. I thought Pitto was BOG. Nonetheless rucks are often inconsequential to results even when they play well. Sandilands dominating us never equated to midfield dominance for Freo as an example.

He's ordinary forward. Hopefully a massive preseason for Mitch Lewis.

with Wingard and Scully on decent $, i can't see what else we can do of significance in the next 6 hours, assuming we've now soaked up a fair bit of the salary cap.

Would like to see some more depth on the list, even guys like Thurlow, A.Hall, Tyson, Rohan etc or these types that get to a new club for late picks. Our bottom end quality remans really poor.

Rucks are inconsequential yet West Coast won a grand final based on literally tagging the opposition ruck out of the game. I'd say the Grand Final reaffirms the importance of a good ruck, if West Coast hadn't had good enough rucks to run with Grundy they would have never come back to win.

I think Roughy thrives on the captaincy. And he is too good at it, imo. One more year would be best.

It will be interesting to see if many minnow trades are done this year.
Unless I have missed someone Kelly and Shiel ( Dodoro surprise surprise) seem to be the remaining big ticket trades still in limbo, so there is plenty of time to do smaller deals.
It would be handy if we could get a second round pick back at least.

Burton would’ve freed up some salary space again.
