Hawthorn - four peat?

It's an even bigger one calling one a star like Cats supporters were with Cockatoo last year.

Agree. We called it too early. He still has talent in spades and I expect he will be a great player for us in the long run. There are very few who can do it well at AFL level without experience. And even fewer in defence...

I know there's still 2 months until finals start, but right now the Fourpeat/Fourthorn/Fourplay is looking good

I thought this would be a good time to bump this thread as we're a game clear on top.

Lid is firmly on though ;)
Tempting the footy gods and giving the haters ammunition :straining:

Big Ben is more likely to be another forum member disguising themselves as a Hawk watching Hawthorn implode from within if/when the fourpeat doesn't eventuate.
Probably the OP to distract us from the Geelong 2007 = Geelong 2016 thread

To be honest I had completely forgotten about this thread until I came on here to see that it had been bumped, and I'm not at all surprised to see that it was a Hawthorn supporter who bumped it.

And a bunch more to roll their eyes n shake their heads. Don't mention them though, a bit like the #freekick game we all love so much.

The umpires have got them where they are today, I guess it depends on whether they are called for throwing with their pull taps or other clubs pick up on the new form of cheating and join them!
Hahaha. Oh nice one, not heard that little fantasy before. Thank you for the entertainment.

Whatever will it be next?

Definitely the wrong approach, Hawthorn will be beaten for the flag, when is uncertain. It will be a club that acknowledges how good they have been and can reach the level to beat them. Denial wont help.

Sydney, dogs and Adelaide can all beat hawthorn. Whether they can do it in finals is another question. going to be tough to make the 4 peat. FAntastic achievement if they do, but.... nah.
Tomorrow's game will be huge - if DAwks win up there then chances of the 4 peat firm considerably. Lose and you go to 3rd or 4th dep if we beat Adelaide.
