When did it become apparent that Frawley was to become a hawk?
From memory it was very late in the process.

The same thing will happen this year too imo.

Frawley was always a sneaky. We knew we needed a key defender and we knew he was available.

But how does this compare to how sneaky it would be if we got Dangers? We know we cant match Geelong for the $$$ so it very much comes down to whether he thinks he has a better chance for flags and is willing to give up some cash.

How awesome if Geelong dumped all those players, then failed to get Dangers and Selwood and only picked up a spud from Carlton?

That would truly be the highlight of the trade period, no matter who ends up going where.

I was thinking that also... Definitely seems to be on something. His focus and his responses seem way off.

I also recall during Demetriou's time our current AFL CEO looked odd. His eyes would gaze into the distance and he looked like he was on something on many occasions. He has cleaned up his act since taking on the top job.
