Well when you guys were blooding youth a few years ago I saw the talent and knew you'd rise again.

I guess we'll just disagree because with no high picks I really like what we've done.

And to be in the hunt for top 4 again, whilst playing 7 or 8 guys with 10-30 games and some less is positive for me.

If they were that crap I doubt we'd be where we are. We were flat as a tack and almost didn't kick a goal until half time. The last time that happened was 1927. Even with the huge emotional toll we still had our chances to win.

If we are that shit and our youth that crap then Sydney are no chance this year.

As a serious threat, they'd want to improve their record of 0 victories against top 4 (or is it top 8) teams away from home... Pretty sure they've never beaten a top 8 team away from home.

Yeha I'd agree with that, Brand battled well against the resting ruckmen, though e had 1 howler which ended in a goal, but you can forgive that with lack of experience.

My worry on Hartung would be his kicking, just seems to hit it and hope with no actual target in mind.

Brand looks good early, Sicily looks to have huge potential, O'Brien has done some nice things, like his deft touches below the knees.

Hartung has seriously dodgy disposal when under the slightest pressure. Howe I can't comment on.
