Sames goes for Telstra and the like. Government looks after them particularly in hard times, while allowing insane profits to go unquestioned

Yeah that's my argument with Qantas. When they get in financial trouble the govt say we can't let our national carrier go broke. Then why did you privatise it?
Include all utilities companies in that too.
they should have nationalised it when it was going under it it was too important to let fail

Never liked Rugby at all*, absolute boring Elitist private old school tie/toffs crap but Eddie Jones has been in the news lately, and he has always grinded my gears.

*I lie, I enjoy it when the All Blacks beat up on the Wallabies, England or South Africa.

Not because he is a terrible, bland actor (which he is) but being a mouthpiece and propaganda spokesman of War Criminal Putin.

One of the great gifs getting hand fed a carrot from a puppet dictator.

Same syndrome as Stephen Colbert insisting on ‘Colberrrrr’ instead of ‘Colbert’.

It just speaks to the person’s tosser factor. And head punchability.

I don't mind Colbert but he's definitely putting on airs;

...While Colbert sometimes comedically claims his surname is French, he is of 15/16ths Irish ancestry; one of his paternal great-great-grandmothers was of German and English descent. Many of his ancestors emigrated from Ireland to North America in the 19th century before and during the Great Famine.

Originally, his surname was pronounced KOHL-bert in English; Stephen Colbert's father, James, wanted to pronounce the name kohl-BAIR, but maintained the KOHL-bert pronunciation out of respect for his own father. He offered his children the option to pronounce the name whichever way they preferred. Stephen started using kohl-BAIR later in life when he transferred to Northwestern University, taking advantage of the opportunity to reinvent himself in a new place where no one knew him.

Stephen's brother Edward, an intellectual property attorney, retained KOHL-bert; this was shown in a February 12, 2009, appearance on The Colbert Report, when his second oldest brother asked him, "KOHL-bert or kohl-BAIR?" Ed responded "KOHL-bert", to which Stephen jokingly replied, "See you in Hell"

Gonna absolutely give it to the *s at work tomorrow who were blaming Brittany and claiming she ruined this guy's life. What a POS
There was also the ex housemate who came out and told of his continual harrassment of her while she lived with him.

Everyone conveniently forgets about that
