I've heard that the hair product Heppell uses has moved its manufacturing lab from Moonee Ponds to a back alley in Willagee. Given the highly unstable nature of the solution, it can't be transported further than a couple of kms without risk of exploding. Heppell has a choice - cut off the hair, or get a trade to Freo.
