My opponent this week has 16 players in his team from Carlton or Geelong Needless to say all the Carlton players didn't work out so great for him so i bet he's hoping for a better Geelong game.

Yeah - looks like being a big round so far - I'm 1,137 from 10 with the captain to come. Have taken a risk by picking Bowden (would have prefered my captain to play in the first week of the split round), and given I have Hodge, Bell, Carazzo and Johnson I'm really wishing I'd played it safe and picked one of them.

Oh well, here's hoping Bowden can chalk up a big score for me next weekend.

Gablett puts in the best performance I've had from a captain all year with 140 points, adding some respectability in what has been a very average round

I left Sandi and Darcy on the bench for a combined 199 points

9 players to come. If they can average 91 each I'll get my usual boring 2150. Consistent without ever being spectacular...

Also had the option of Chapman or Ablett 2 weeks ago and went Chapman At least Chappy still scoring well, but Ablett is dominating

Just the 2 players in that game C Cornes 104 & J Westhoff 104. Very happy there, wasn't sure who to start between Westhoff & Gray both scored excellent and will rise a bit in money this coming week.

So now I'm on 1728 from 15 inc captain with H Shaw, J Bowden, C Judd, A Goodes, B Hall, R O'Keefe & N Riewoldt to come.

Looks to be a pretty high scoring week.

Tossed up b/w Warren and Gray and ended up giving Warren the nod because it was his 200th. As it was, I couldn't have gone wrong but it's good to see Tredders back up there.
